BXC Series motorized transfer cart

BXC Series motorized transfer cart is powered by a storage battery. This type of rail transfer cart rides the track within or between workshops in a factory. It has simple design and beautiful appearance. The cart is easy-to-use and maintain, it has large carrying capacity and low noise level, it is environmentally friendly and has a good safety performance. This cart is widely used for transportation within or between workshops together with a crane to move heavy load or equipment. In a working environment it can be used without power source or long distance transportation.

BXC Series electric transfer carts are designed for 24V, 36V and 48V DC. A storage battery feeds power to a traction electric motor and it puts the cart in motion. Compared with an AC motor, a DC motor is uneasy to burn and has larger start torque. The cart can run on curving or ring rails and has no limits in running distances as well as no special requirements for rails.

The cart design is convenient for inspection and maintenance, assembly and disassembly. Besides, it has large load capacity, low deformation ratio of a load platform, long service life, smooth start and stop.
