Transportable (modular) boiler plants TBP (MBP)
- Transportable (modular) boiler plants TBP (MBP) are ready-to-operate mobile boiler units designed for heating, ventilation and hot water supply for industrial, residential and community facilities. Boiler plants are fired with natural gas, liquefied gas, diesel fuel, fuel oil, oil and solid fuel (coal, wood, pellets, etc.). All process equipment is housed within a plant-manufactured modular unit. A boiler plant casing should be all-metal, heat-insulated, fire-proof. Boiler plants can also be frame-mounted for indoor installation.
- Automation level provides uninterrupted operation of all equipment without continuous presence of a duty operator. Automation maintains operation of the unit as per temperature chart in accordance with weather conditions. In case of gas leakages or deviation of monitored parameter values from set-up values, safety system automatically cuts off gas supply for the prevention of emergency situations.
- Overall dimensions and design concept of boiler plants allow for their transportation by road and rail. The modular design principle provides an opportunity for an easy installation of boiler plants in a wide power range.
- Telemetry systems are installed in boiler plants in order to build distributed networks of mini-boilers that are controlled from a single control center.
- Also there are metering stations of electrical power, gas, cold and hot water, generated heat that are installed in boiler plants.
- Boiler units with heat power from 50 to 500 kW have boilers with atmospheric burners.
- Boiler units with more than 500 kW heat power have boilers with forced-draft burners.
