Delayed Coking is a process which produces gas, gas oils and coke. The furnace provides the heat which starts the vaporisa-tion and cracking at approximately 485° C (905° F). As the feed enters the drum at the bottom the cracking and polymerisation continues until solid coke is formed and the gases go overhead to the fractionation tower. When the drum is nearly full the feed is switched over to the second drum.

VSP Non-Clog is a sump pump with an enclosed impeller, it is designed to handle water with solids up to 100 mm in diameter. Standard construction material for both models is cast iron, but these pumps can be made of other materials on request. Ruhrpumpen offers 28 different standard sizes of VSP sump pumps and 18 standard sizes of VSP Non-Clog pumps. Engineering experience gained by Ruhrpumpen makes it possible to manufacture pumps of this model in special design, big standard sizes and using any materials as required by the customer.

BXC Series motorized transfer cart is powered by a storage battery. This type of rail transfer cart rides the track within or between workshops in a factory. It has simple design and beautiful appearance. The cart is easy-to-use and maintain, it has large carrying capacity and low noise level, it is environmentally friendly and has a good safety performance. This cart is widely used for transportation within or between workshops together with a crane to move heavy load or equipment. In a working environment it can be used without power source or long distance transportation. BXC Series electric transfer carts are designed for 24V, 36V and 48V DC. A storage battery feeds power to a traction electric motor and it puts the cart in motion. Compared with an AC motor, a DC motor is uneasy to burn and has larger start torque. The cart can run on curving or ring rails and has no limits in running distances as well as no special requirements for rails. The cart design is convenient for inspection and maintenance, assembly and disassembly. Besides, it has large load capacity, low deformation ratio of a load platform, long service life, smooth start and stop.
